Consulting and Auditing
SCL offers a technical consulting service aimed at optimizing production processes based on extensive experience in quality testing of downhole equipment manufacturing. The laboratory can also conduct technical audits to verify compliance with quality standards in equipment manufacturing, upon request from customers. The laboratory places great importance on the preparation of qualification and certification tests, with test procedures based on ISO, API international quality standards and global best practices for implementation.
Legal Defense of Technical Expertise in Arbitration
The laboratory has the competence to provide legal defense of its expert opinions in judicial authorities in case of business disputes on equipment quality between entities.
Training
SCL provides training for specialists in the field of quality management systems for downhole equipment production, as well as specialists in testing laboratories. Training takes place at the laboratory’s testing facilities.
Issuance of Quality Certificates
After conducting tests, SCL issues quality certificates for equipment. These certificates include a link to an extended test report and record the confirmed characteristics of equipment. The values of these characteristics must meet the minimum requirements for equipment. In cases of comprehensive tests, a general certificate is issued for all tests conducted under the appropriate program, and the extended report provides a detailed summary of the results of the tests performed.
